She incorporates Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) as one tool in her clinical work, alongside other evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Erin works with clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship-related concerns.

Outside of her clinical work, Erin enjoys skiing and hiking. She is deeply committed to providing personalized, compassionate care and supporting clients in their growth, healing, and overall well-being.
