Jessica Cordero, LMSW

Jessica Cordero is a Licensed Master Social Worker with over twenty years of experience working with children, teens and adults in school and mental health settings. She has worked children and teens struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief and life transitions. Jessica earned her Master's degree from Arizona State University. She has training in attachment, play therapy, EMDR, PCIT and Parent Child Psychotherapy for children 0-5. She is also a Circle of Security Parenting Facilitator, and enjoys supporting parents in the joys and learning of parenting. 

Jessica utilizes a holistic, and strength-based perspective. She believes that we all have innate strengths and resilience that we can tap into during struggles on life’s journey. She approaches the therapeutic process with kindness and an open heart, and mind. 

Jessica lives in Albany with her family. In her free time she enjoys hiking, yoga, and going on adventures with her dog Duchess.
